Being part of the Whitehorse Mustangs as a Team Manager is a fantastic way to build relationships, develop life skills, strengthen leadership qualities, and for parents, a chance to actively support their children’s basketball journey.
Team Managers play a vital administrative role, acting as the link between players, parents, coaches, and the Club to ensure smooth team operations throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities
The Team Manager generally takes care of:
- Distributing club-related information to parents and coaches
- Organising a scoring roster for game days
- Sending reminders about game times and locations
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the coach with training and game-day logistics
- Managing team paperwork and registrations
- Acting as a point of contact for families and the Club
- Helping with team events, presentations, and other activities
Team Managers often go above and beyond, providing essential support to make sure the team thrives.
