Team Managers are the backbone of every team, ensuring smooth communication between coaches, players, parents, and the club.
From coordinating schedules and uniforms to assisting with administrative tasks like scoring, game-day support, and other team operations, Team Managers help keep everything organised and efficient. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys supporting both players and coaches behind the scenes.

Referee
Referees are essential to the integrity of the game. They ensure matches are played safely, fairly, and in accordance with competition rules.
At Whitehorse Mustangs, we are proud to support and develop referees of all levels. Officiating helps build confidence, leadership, communication skills, and decision-making ability. Many of our referees are young people gaining valuable experience in a supportive and structured environment.
