CLUB FEES

Registration Fee > $50

This fee covers the cost of Club administration, trophies, and Association fees.

Training Fees > $110

These fees cover the cost of hiring training space for your team.

Game Fees > $200

These fees cover the cost of competition fees, game day court hire, referees and venue staff.

OTHER FEES

These compulsory fees are charged annually when you register on PlayHQ. To make sure you aren’t charged twice, make sure you always use the same login credentials. If you register under a new account, it will charge these fees again even though you have already paid them.

Basketball Victoria Annual Participant Licence

This is a statewide participation licence that applies to domestic player registrations. It is automatically charged when you register, if the player doesn’t already have a licence that covers them for the entirety of the season they’re registering to.

• $34 for Juniors (17 and under)
• $48 for Seniors (18 and over)

Game Development Levy

There is a $5.50 per year Basketball Australia Game Development Levy introduced to “support the growth and development of basketball at all levels of the game and to enhance opportunities for the sport”.

PlayHQ Service Fee

PlayHQ charges a 1.49% service fee on all transactions to “ensure PlayHQ can continue to build features to make administrator roles easier and elevate the current participant experience”.
